AW Rostamani Group (“AWR”) offers any user the choice to utilize its Website www.AWRostamani.com. If you register as a user, upload content, post your resume through, or otherwise use the Website or any Applications, you are specifically consenting to the use of any personal information you have provided to AWR as set forth herein and in the AWR Legal Terms and Conditions.

AWR collects various information about you when you use its website or any AWR affiliated third party applications by registering as a user, post a resume, upload content, or otherwise actively send us data, information, including but not limited to, the user first and last name, email address, street address, telephone number, occupation, employer, education, your skills, criminal background, citizenship, gender and ethnicity, disability status, veteran status, interests and any other information about you included in a submitted profile or resume (“Personal Information”) will be stored on AWR’s equipment and/or the equipment of third parties that it has a relationship with for the purposes specified herein.

AWR collects, uses, and processes this information for purposes set forth below. When you give AWR contact information, such as your name and email address, and demographic information, you agree that AWR may utilize this information to communicate with you and for the other purposes set forth herein.  Personal Information may be used in administering, evaluating and managing your application for employment or potential application for employment. Personal information may be used if there is an interest in contacting you in connection with career opportunities at AWR, to assist with recruitment activities, talent acquisition and management, staffing and onboarding, and to administer and manage the web site. AWR may use your Personal Information to send you information about employment opportunities within AWR as well as AWR’s affiliated companies. A list of the AWR affiliated companies can be found on its corporate website www.AWRostamani.com.

AWR may also use your contact information to (i) send you job alerts; (ii) create an account; and (iii) send you information about AWR.  AWR may also use the information to prevent potentially illegal activities and activities that are detrimental to you or other users.  If you do not want your personal information posted on this Website, you should not upload it or submit your resume.

AWR may disclose and transfer Personal Information to its departments and affiliated companies as necessary in connection with the above purposes. AWR may also disclose and transfer Personal Information to third parties that offer services or otherwise assist with the above purposes. AWR will establish or confirm that such parties will process your Personal Information in accordance with AWR’s instructions and with an adequate level of protection for such data.  Some of the above-mentioned departments, affiliated companies, and third parties may be situated outside your home country in jurisdictions that do not have laws that provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws in your home country. In particular, if you are located in a non-UAE country, please note that this Website, and the Applications, are hosted on servers in any regions, and therefore Personal Information submitted to the Website or the Applications will be available for use, review and transfer by AWR, its affiliates, third party service providers and other third parties in the UAE and other countries for the purposes described above. You hereby consent to the collection, transfer and use of your information by AWR, its departments, affiliates and certain third parties both within and outside of the UAE.

AWR will not sell or share your Personal Information for marketing purposes. AWR reserves the right to disclose Personal Information to law enforcement officials or where required by law, or as necessary in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of the business.

AWR maintains reasonable security measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access or review.  However no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.  AWR strongly advise you to take precautionary measures and not to upload or communicate any sensitive or confidential information on its Website or any Application.

If your Personal Information changes or requires updating, please contact AWR at careers@awrostamani.com or (ii) contact AWR by post at P.O. Box 2128, Dubai, U.A.E., to provide the updated or changed information. You may also have certain rights under local laws to object to AWR’s processing of Personal Information about you, or to ask AWR to delete such information by contacting  AWR at the address described above or follows the removal instructions in the communications that you receive, , but note that if you object to the processing of your Personal Information, or ask AWR to delete your Personal Information, AWR may not be able to send you information about employment opportunities.  AWR ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be changed or removed before processing such requests. AWR has the right to decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or would be extremely impractical or for which access is not otherwise required.

Special Notice - if you are under 18 years old

AWR website is not aimed at users under 18 years old and we will not collect, use, provide or process in any other form any personal information of users under the age of 18 deliberately. Should AWR learn that a user is under the age of 13 and has submitted user information, AWR will opt to deleting that information as promptly as possible.

These cookies may contain information such as location, language, etc., and will be used for the sole purpose of authenticating you to the site and also for maintaining your session. Continuing to use AWR’s Website or any Application after AWR publishes or communicates a notice about any changes to this Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the changes.
